Questions
Do I need to upload a photo?
Yes. The photo is required, and you can see it on the lid in the preview before you add the box to your cart.
Which quotes can I choose?
There are three: "Once by my side, forever in my heart", "I'm always with you" and "Best friends are never forgotten".
How long can the name and years be?
The name can be up to 12 characters and the years up to 10, for example 2016-2026. Press the space bar once in either box to leave it blank.
How big is the box?
It is about 1.97 inches (5 cm) across, big enough for a small lock of fur, a tag or a tooth.
Is the sketch made by AI?
No. The line sketch and the photo engraving looks in the preview are made by a simple filter in your browser. We send your original photo with the order so the lid can be prepared from the best version of it.
Is the preview exactly what I will get?
The preview shows the placement, text and a warm one-color engraved look of your photo. Treat it as a guide to the finished lid rather than an exact picture of it.
