Privacy policy

Zephyrnova LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, doing business as Gift Haven ("Gift Haven", "we", "us"), runs gift-haven.com and is responsible for the personal information described here.

1. Information we collect

You give us

• Order and contact details: name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you enter one, and what you ordered.
• Personalization content: names, dates, short texts and photos you enter or upload to design an item.
• Messages to customer support, and the order number and email you enter on our Track your order page.
• Payment details. You type these into our payment provider's secure fields. We never see or store full card numbers.

Collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, time of visit.
• Shopping activity: products viewed, items added to the cart, checkout steps and purchases.
• Identifiers stored in cookies, local storage and pixels. The full list is in our Cookie policy.

From others

• Whop, our checkout, payment and hosting provider: payment status, order and delivery details, fraud signals.
• Shipping carriers: delivery status and tracking events.
• Advertising partners such as AppLovin, if we advertise with them and you allow Advertising: whether an ad led you to our site.

We do not ask for sensitive information (for example health, religion, precise location, government ids or financial account numbers). Please do not type such information into a personalization field. If a design shows it anyway, we use it only to make your item.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with AppLovin for targeted advertising can count as a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state laws. It happens only if we switch AppLovin on and you allow Advertising, and you can stop it at any time (section 6). Right now AppLovin is switched off (section 5).

4. Your photos and designs

We use the photos and text you submit only to show your preview, make your item, and handle support or quality claims about it. Only our production and shipping partners receive them. We never send them to advertising partners. We keep them as long as needed to fulfill and support the order and for our legal records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner (section 6).

5. Cookies, pixels and AppLovin

Current status: advertising with AppLovin is switched off on this site. The AppLovin pixel does not load, no AppLovin cookie is set and no information is shared with AppLovin. The description below explains how it would work if we switch it on; we would ask for your consent first.

When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Analytics and Advertising stay off until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer or on Your Privacy Choices. Necessary storage (cart, checkout, security, your choice) always works.

AppLovin. We use AppLovin Corporation as a third-party advertising partner. If you allow Advertising, our site loads the AppLovin (Axon) pixel, which collects and receives information about your visit and activity on our site: cookie identifiers (such as _axwrt), IP address, device and browser data, and the events listed in section 3. AppLovin uses this information to show you ads for our products on other apps and websites, for interest-based advertising, to measure whether those ads work, and to improve its services, including its AI-powered technologies. We never send AppLovin your personalization text, photos or sensitive information, and we do not use AppLovin for anyone we know to be a child.

Our own visit statistics (Analytics). Only if you allow Analytics, our site keeps a random visitor id and visit id in your browser's local storage and sends us events about your visit: pages viewed, time on page and scroll depth, buttons and links clicked, which personalization fields you used (only the field name, whether it is filled and how many characters, plus fixed choices such as color, size or pet type), photo upload success or failure, preview, cart, checkout steps, purchase (order number and value), page errors and loading speed, device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, time zone, approximate country (from your IP address, which we do not store) and where you came from (referring site, utm campaign tags and ad click ids such as gclid, fbclid, ttclid or AppLovin's). We never record the text you type into personalization fields, your photos, your email, address or payment details. We use these statistics only to understand and improve our store; we do not sell them or share them for advertising. They are stored by our database host Supabase, Inc. in the United States and kept for 13 months, then deleted automatically. You can opt out at any time with "Cookie settings"; we then delete the ids from your browser.

Browser signals. We treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track (DNT=1) as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information on that browser: the AppLovin pixel does not load, and our own visit statistics stay off as well.

Platform scripts. Whop's hosting adds its own analytics and attribution script and cookies to store pages, and Cloudflare adds a cookieless visit counter. We do not control these scripts. They are described in the Cookie policy.

Proof of consent. Your browser stores your choice with the date, the version of the banner text you saw and where you made it, so we can show what you agreed to.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on the US state where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws), you can:

• learn what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your information;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what happened before;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• appeal our answer to your request; and
• use these rights without being treated differently.

How. Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out on this browser, or email support@gift-haven.com with the subject "Privacy request" and the email address you used for your order. We may verify your identity by matching order details. We answer within 45 days and tell you if we need more time as the law allows. An authorized agent can act for you with your signed permission. If we deny a request you can appeal by replying to our answer.

7. How long we keep it

Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years). Photos and designs: until the order and any claim are closed, then deleted. Support emails: up to 3 years. Our own visit statistics (Analytics): 13 months, then deleted automatically. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie policy.

8. Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Card data is handled only by our payment provider. Access to order data is limited to people who need it. No online service is completely secure; tell us at once at support@gift-haven.com if you suspect a problem.

9. Children

Our store is for adults. You must be 18 or older to order. Some products are made for children, but they are bought by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 and we do not use advertising tools in connection with children. If you think a child gave us information, write to us and we will delete it.

10. US store

We are based in the United States, sell in US dollars and deliver to US addresses only. Your information is processed in the United States and, by some of our providers, in other countries where they work.

11. Changes

We will post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change affects what you agreed to in the cookie banner, the banner asks you again.
