Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

This website is operated by Zephyrnova LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, doing business as Gift Haven ("Gift Haven", "we", "us").

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. We sell and deliver to addresses in the United States only.

2. Our products and images

Gift Haven products are personalized and made to order. Product photos, illustrations and live previews on this site are digitally created to show the product and the type of design, and some product photos are made with the help of AI image tools. They are not photographs of your exact item. Your item is printed from the details you enter. Colors, print placement, fabric texture and sizes can vary slightly from what you see on screen and between production runs. Dimensions shown are nominal.

3. Personalization and content you provide

• You are responsible for the text, dates, names, colors and photos you submit, including spelling and accuracy. We make your item exactly as you enter it and approve in the preview.
• You confirm that you own the content you submit or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights.
• You may not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that shows a person without their permission. Photos of minors must be submitted by a parent or guardian.
• You give us and our production partners a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content only to preview, produce, ship and support your order.
• Do not submit logos, brand names, characters or artwork owned by others unless you have their permission.
• We may refuse, pause or cancel any order whose content we reasonably believe breaks these rules or cannot be produced, and we will refund you in full for an order we cancel.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order after you paid, we refund you in full.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Any shipping charge and any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and processed securely by our payment provider, which also handles card data. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Production and delivery

Production takes 1 to 3 business days and delivery within the United States takes 3 to 6 business days, so about 4 to 9 business days in total. These are estimates and not guarantees. See our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for details you approved. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong or not matching your approved preview, when you contact us within 30 days of delivery. 8. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, illustrations, software and logos belong to Zephyrnova LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse our designs or content without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by interfering with it or its security, using automated tools to place orders or collect data, attempting fraud or chargeback abuse, or breaking any law.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and reimburse us for claims, losses and costs arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

13. Privacy and cookies

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Please contact us first at support@gift-haven.com and we will try to resolve any problem informally. If we cannot, the state and federal courts located in New Mexico have jurisdiction, except where the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
